Every Shady Knoll Labs product is billed here, by Shady Knoll Labs LLC. Pay by card or bank account through Stripe, or ask for an invoice your purchasing office can pay against a purchase order.

Pay by invoice or purchase order

Most agencies pay this way. Tell us who to bill and we’ll send an invoice payable by ACH or check, with pricing for your team size. A W-9, quote or vendor registration forms come with it if your purchasing office needs them.

How payment works

Safe, and in one place

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details go straight to Stripe and never touch SKL’s servers.
  • Charges appear on your statement from Shady Knoll Labs, and Stripe emails a receipt for every payment.
  • Each product only learns whether your account is paid up. It never sees your payment details.

Billing policies

  • Cancelling: cancel a subscription any time from the billing portal. It stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and won’t renew after that.
  • Refunds: if something isn’t right, get in touch within 30 days of a charge and the lab will work it out with you, up to a full refund of that charge.
  • Invoices: invoices are due in 30 days unless your purchase order says otherwise.
  • Questions: anything about a charge, a receipt or tax paperwork goes to the contact form, which reaches the lab directly.
